My Zappi recently developed a fault, and having purchased it originally through EPower I contacted them for support. I was never so happy that I chose EPower as my provider. Not alone did I receive a call back almost immediately, Patrick subsequently spent almost 2 hours on a video call troubleshooting and working through the issue. We eventually decided that a service call was required. Derek arrived on site the following day, and all I can say is that the quality of customer service and customer focus is very obviously part of ePower’s mantra.
Within an hour, my unit had been replaced and I was back up and running.
